01Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement to use Unbound. Use may be restricted where prohibited by law.
02Your Account
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Protecting your account credentials
- Maintaining control of your devices and sessions
- Not sharing your account
- Keeping required verification current
03Verification
Unbound may require identity, age, liveness, profile-photo, email, location, or other verification.
Verification reduces certain risks, but it does not guarantee anyone's intentions, character, compatibility, relationship claims, or personal safety. Verification is not a background check.
Relationship status and relationship style are self-declared by members.
04Acceptable Use
You may not use Unbound for, or engage in:
- Underage use
- Impersonation, fake accounts, or manipulation of verification
- Fraud or scams
- Harassment, threats, or stalking
- Hate or targeted abuse
- Non-consensual sexual content or exploitation
- Solicitation prohibited by our policies
- Spam or unauthorized commercial activity
- Automated scraping
- Attempts to bypass security or circumvent blocks
- Uploading content without the necessary rights or consent
05Member Interactions
You are responsible for your interactions and decisions with other members. Unbound facilitates introductions and communication but is not a party to relationships or agreements between members.
When meeting someone offline, use the same good judgment you would anywhere — our Community Guidelines include practical suggestions.
06Connections and Messaging
Members send connection requests. Messaging becomes available once a connection is accepted. Either member may end a connection at any time, and blocking may terminate interaction.
07User Content
Your content includes your profile, bio, photos, messages, media, and reports. You retain ownership of your content.
You grant Unbound a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, moderate, and otherwise use your content as necessary to operate the service. Unbound does not claim ownership of your content.
08Private Content
Privacy controls limit visibility within Unbound, but please use judgment when sharing sensitive information. Recipients may be able to capture or reproduce information outside the platform.
09Safety and Moderation
Unbound may investigate potential violations and take appropriate action, including:
- Content removal
- Re-verification
- Restrictions
- Suspension
- Termination
10Blocking and Reporting
Blocking restricts interaction between you and another member. Reporting alerts Unbound to potential violations. Abusing reporting tools — for example, filing knowingly false reports — may itself violate these Terms.
11Account Pause, Deactivation, and Deletion
You may pause your account temporarily, deactivate it for a longer period (with reactivation available where eligible), or delete it. Deletion begins a deletion process described in our Privacy Policy.
12Intellectual Property
The Unbound name, logo, brand, software, interface, and original content are owned by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you rights to them, except as needed to use the service. Member content remains owned by members.
13App Store
The Unbound iOS app may be distributed through Apple's App Store, and your use of it may also be subject to Apple's applicable terms.
14Service Changes
We may modify, improve, add, or discontinue features of the service.
15Disclaimers
Unbound is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise matches, dates, relationships, compatibility, the behavior of other members, continuous availability, or perfect verification.

You may stop using Unbound and delete your account at any time. Unbound may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines, or for safety or security reasons.

We may update these Terms. When changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice before they take effect. Continuing to use Unbound after that means you accept the updated Terms.
